Refund policy

At Homy by Nahal, every vase is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece may have slight variations in texture, shape, or finish, making every item unique.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product has been received.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos/videos of the packaging

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Custom Orders

At Homy by Nahal, we create personalized pieces according to your requirements.

For custom orders:

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
  • Please confirm your preferred design, colour, and size before placing your order.

The advance payment is non-refundable once your custom piece is under production.

Damaged Items

We take extra care in packaging every vase securely. However, if your product arrives damaged:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement or store credit.

Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.
  • Refunds will be issued through the available payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as handmade products require preparation time.

Exchange Policy

Due to the unique handmade nature of our products, exchanges are only available for:

  • Damaged items received
  • Incorrect items delivered

All exchanges are subject to approval.
